Bamboo Sheets That You Are Unhappy With Can Be Refunded

Your order will ship out within two business days.

We have free shipping via Standard Ground within the lower 48 states and your bamboo sheets should arrive within 3 to 12 business days.

Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, PO Boxes and APO/FPO will ship via USPS or the lowest cost carrier.

PS: All shipping companies are experiencing increased delays and unprecedented increases in shipping volumes. This is especially true around the holidays and there may be 3 to 5 days added to normal shipping times during peak periods. Therefore, we are unable to guarantee exact shipment arrival dates, including expedited shipments.

Product Returns

When you get bamboo sheets from us, we want you to be happy with your purchase! If you are not satisfied for any reason, we will issue a refund within 30 days of your order delivery, and the item(s) must be unopened, unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging. The item(s) must be shipped to our return center within 10 days of receiving the shipping label and include the Return Authorization Form in the return package. Final sale items and internationals orders are not eligible for returns.

Once your return is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 15 days. If you received a free gift with your purchase, you must return the gift, or the cost of the item will be deducted from your refund or store credit.

We will not issue refunds or store credits for items returned that are not in their original condition, or does not include the Return Authorization form. We cannot be held responsible for any items that are lost, stolen or damaged during return shipping and therefore will not refund the value of the goods.

Please simply follow the below instructions:

Refund/Return Procedure

  1. Send an email to stating the invoice or order number, and that you would like a refund, and the reason.

    If there is any manufacturing defect, you may inform us by giving a brief description with photos.

  2. We will reply within 3 business days to provide you with a Return Label and a Return Authorization Form. You must include this form in your shipment.

  3. Post the product together with the Return Authorization Form to the following address:

  4. We will give you a full refund and notify you via email.


In the return package, please be sure to include the Return Authorization Form and state the reason you would like a refund.

Manufacturer Defects

If you receive a damaged product, you must notify us at within 60 days of receipt so we can do our best to help resolve the issue for you. Our products are intended for regular home use and care instructions need to be followed carefully. See our Laundering Instructions.

The below occurrences are not considered faults or defects and returns won’t be accepted nor replacements offered:

  • Discoloration/Stains - Due to the nature of bamboo fibers, our bedding should not be exposed to lotions or oils, as this can cause discolorations/stains on the fabric. See our tips on removing stains.
  • Our guarantee does not include misuse of the product including the following:
    • Incorrectly following care instructions
    • Stains/discoloration, abrasion, rips/tears, or pet damage
    • Loss or theft of an item(s)

Missing or Incorrect Items Received 

If you received an incorrect item, or your shipment was missing an item; you must notify us at within 7 days of delivery. In order for us to resolve this issue, please email us with the order number and a photo of the incorrect item you received. and please keep the product intact, inside its original packaging.
